I, unlike most people, am not bothered with TMI. In fact, I relish in it. I am such a snoop on people's lives. Hehe.
It's always wonderful to take something from real life and tweak it to fandom. I do that quite often because my hubby says the oddest things and I just HAVE to write them down and use them.
