Hmmmmm. To stretch or not to stretch.

In most NC-17 slash fics I have read (that are not non-con) there is usually an element of preparation in the form of stretching the anus by hand or by spell, before the fucking begins.

After having watched 42 hours of QAF (US series 1 and 2) I have yet to see anything resembling that taking place, and I don't mean close shots of Brian with his fingers up Justin's arse. All fucking on the show (so far seen) consists of some fore play - kissing, sucking of nipples or cock, then condom on and straight in. Lube rarely puts in an appearance.

I can't help but wonder how painful it is to be penetrated without prior preparation.

omg, i know! and i also find it difficult to keep track of where all their body parts are and how they've been touching each other and how not to repeat words all the time [like fingers and hands]. not to mention the question, "how many other fics have i read where exactly this happened?" writing smut is not sexy.

The teddy was more than helpful when I was trying to work out if Draco would be able to get to certain areas of the body. No other soft toys were harmed in the making of that fic.

Oh, the reason I'm late for the remix (apart from the dreaded insomnia) is that I started the fic again because I wasn't happy with it.

hee! that does sound helpful. i often wonder about which body parts would harry or draco be able to reach in a certain position, too, and since i'm short, thinking about what i might be able to reach usually isn't too helpful :P.

no worries! i actually had to get this persistent bunny out of my brain first so that i could focus on my remix. there are quite a few possibilities i have with the story i chose, and i'm still deciding which one i should pick.
